Health & Safety Guidelines for Waste Haulers Summit

Endeavor Business Media considers the safety of all those on-site at the Waste Haulers Summit as our top priority, including our attendees, supplier sponsors, and event staff. In these efforts to host a safe and productive event, we pledge to follow the guidelines set forth by state and local authorities and CDC Guidance for EventsPlease note, these guidelines and mandates may change from time to time.

Prior to arriving at the Summit, we encourage each attendee to do the following:

  • Visit the Summit website for any updates to our Health and Safety Guidelines.

  • Monitor your daily health and complete a pre-travel Self-Assessment before traveling to the Summit. 

  • Familiarize yourself with the Summit’s On-Site Terms and Conditions. Acknowledgment and acceptance will be required to pick up your badge on-site.

On-Site Safety Practices Include:

  • Acceptable face coverings required of any participants at the Summit who are not fully vaccinated and recommended for all fully vaccinated participants when not eating or drinking, or for all participants where required by the venue. Participants are responsible for providing their own face masks.

  • Daily self-health screenings for all attendees

  • Color-coded badge stickers are available to indicate the level of comfort with physical distance and contact.

  • Signage with reminders to maintain physical distance, to wash your hands often, and to please remain in your hotel room and notify Summit Staff if you are sick

  • Hand sanitizer available throughout the venue

  • Modify gathering areas according to state and local guidelines and schedule regular cleanings of public and function space

  • Share local resources for pharmacies, urgent care facilities, and hospitals

Summit Staff has the right to remove or exclude anyone from the Summit if they do not follow our Health & Safety policies or do not follow Health and Safety instructions set forth by the Summit or venue staff.
